Whole egg powder (MELANGE)
It is used in the bakery industry, frosting, sauces and mayonnaise. You may be victorious in the production of dry ready-to-eat bags for the bakery sector.
Heat-stable egg yolk powder
Mainly used in the mayonnaise industry because of its thermal stability and excellent emulsifying properties Consists of 100% natural pasteurized and spray-dried liquid egg yolk
Egg yolk powder
Used for the production of sauces, mayonnaise, pasta, bakery and confectionery products, ice cream, cakes and other products where egg yolk is required
Egg white powder, high-gel
It is used as an ingredient for the preparation of confectionery, bakery, meat products, and in the production of Surimi.

The company distributes its dry products at a state-of-the-art egg processing facility in Slovakia, equipped with production lines from SANOVO (Denmark), a world leader in egg processing technology.
Our plant is certified to ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, and FSSC 22000, complies with Halal requirements, and is fully certified for export to the European Union and other international markets
Our shell eggs meet current Slovak and international veterinary and sanitary requirements and standards. All products are supplied with quality and veterinary certificates. In addition, our shell eggs comply with Halal requirements and are fully eligible for export to the European Union and other global markets.
